Can the solution packages be done both online and in-person?
Yes. All our solution packages can be accomplished online or in person to accommodate you and your team.
How are the assessments administered?
Each team member will receive an email which will have a link to the respective assessment.
Will each team member receive a copy of the results of the assessment?
Yes. Once everyone on the team has completed the assessment, the consultant will gather the information and will create a Team Profile Outlook which can be distributed as a PDF or Hardcopy.
How many teams are you able to work with within a single organization/company?
We will accommodate as many teams within a single organization.
Are the activities that are associated with the workshop/coaching necessary?
We use activities to help reinforce learning and strengthen areas that need attention. Its our aim to present activities that will be engaging and fun.
